New Class: Renew, Release & Restore Yoga w/ Diane Agar


Starts Saturday, May 6th, 9:00-10:00 am:Join Diane Agar for this special on-going Renew, Release & Restore Yoga class, held every Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00am, starting May 6th.

Start your weekend with an engaging class that’s about yoga and a whole lot more! Learn how you can begin to relieve the stress in your life through yoga, breath control, muscle release and mindfulness techniques.

RENEW your commitment to your health by focusing on balance, core strengthening, increased range of motion, and improved spinal mobility.

Empower yourself to take control over the harmful effects of stress by learning to RELEASE muscle tension in your body. You will work with assorted props (therapy balls, Coregeous balls, rollers and straps) and learn valuable methods that can be used anytime to help alleviate stress and tension within your body.

RESTORE calmness in your mind and heart by learning mindfulness techniques that you can easily practice outside of the class. You will discover that you have the power to soothe your central nervous system by implementing various breathing techniques, and explore deep relaxation at the end of class through visualization and stillness.

Every class is structured around a different theme, so each week is unique, interesting and fun! Whether we are focused, for example, on opening our hearts, exploring how we can improve our sleep, or just giving our feet some love, come learn how easy it is to take back control of your health.
