Power Pilates Beginner Mat Class w/ Karen Lee


Starts Thursday, June 1st 5:15-6:15pm: Join Karen for an on-going Power Pilates Beginner Mat Class, held every Thursday 5:15pm-6:15pm.

The Power Pilates mat class will emphasizes whole-body strengthening, and the value of linking breath and mindfulness to movement. This centered approach increases muscle tone, flexibility, range-of-movement, prevents and manages pain, while producing a leaner, trimmer, more sculpted body and a quiet focused mind. Get ready to have fun and start loving the body you’re in!
