New Class: On Pointe Barre Class w/ Jillian Bamford

Starts Thursday, November 2nd, from 7:45-8:45pm. Join Jillian Bamford for an on-going On Pointe Barre class held every Thursday from 7:45pm – 8:45pm starting November 2nd.

Barre combines Pilates, yoga, and ballet moves to effectively strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetitions, you will develop long, lean, and sculpted muscles while improving your posture and flexibility. A perfect workout for any fitness level!
