Introduction to Meditation (4-week series) w/ Amanda Marsh

Starts Saturday, November 4th from 7:00-8:00pm. Join Amanda Marsh for a new 4-week series, Introduction to Meditation, starting Saturday, November 4th- November 25th, from 7:00pm-8:00pm.

If you’re interested in meditation or want to expand your meditation practice this offering is for you. Each week a new theme is offered giving you tools to build or enrich your own mediation practice. All are encouraged to engage with gentle stretches and yoga props to support you being completely at ease. Take this time for you, slow down, settle, and give back to all that you are.

Week 1- Breath & Body awareness
Week 2- Love & Self-Kindness meditation
Week 3- Sleep Nidra
Week 4- Chakra healing mediation
