Kripalu Yoga for Beginners (8-week series) w/ Karen Bondini

Starts Thursday, January 11th: Join Karen Bondini for an 8-week series of Kripalu Yoga for Beginners, held every Thursday morning 9:00 am – 10:00 am, January 11th to March 1st.

This special series is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to further enrich their yoga practice. As yoga continues to gain popularity in the United States, many people are wishing to explore its benefits but are not sure where to start. This program demystifies the postures and language of this ancient practice so that you can feel confident and comfortable about doing yoga. In a safe, supportive environment, you will learn fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, as well as how to stay safe and stable in your postures, and how to modify for your own body.
