Winter Wellness (4-week series) w/ Amanda Marsh

Starts Saturday, January 6th: Join Amanda Marsh for a 4-week Winter Wellness class held every Saturday, 3:00-4:00pm, beginning January 6th through January 27th.

Learn preventive health tools to support your wellness throughout the winter. Each week learn a different approach to health and wellness. You will experience various health encouraging healing techniques through meditation, yoga, herbalism and more. Learn simple recipes that you can make from seasonal herbs, roots, and foods. Take a more active and natural approach to your well being this winter and find what truly supports all the you are.

1st week Heart- Heart themed meditation with heart and hips opening yoga flow
2nd week Physical- Awaken your body with salutations, yoga, and strength & cardio routine
3rd week Immune system- Learn immune boosting practices and recipes
4th week Mental & Spiritual- Connect back to you mental and spiritual bodies through meditation, breath techniques, and gentle and restorative yoga.
