Yoga for a Good Night’s Sleep (8-week series) w/ Lawrence Carroll

Starts Wednesday, February 7th: Join Lawrence Carroll for an 8-weeks series of Yoga for a Good Night’s Sleep, held every Wednesday evening 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm, February 7th to March 28th.

This 8-week series starting in February will focus on breath, postures and relaxation techniques to calm the body, unclutter the mind and soothe the emotions to prepare you for a good night’s sleep.

If you have chronic sleep loss your health is at risk. The Harvard Women’s Health Watch list such reasons as improved learning and memory, managing weight , safety while driving, better moods, improved cardiovascular health and support for the immune system as reasons to treat to sleep seriously.
