Intro to Zumba w/ Krystle Gallo (6-week series)

Starts Thursday, November 30th: Brand new to Zumba? Been coming to class but wish you had more time to break down the steps? Then this class is for you!

Join Krystle for a special 6-week Intro to Zumba series held every Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm, November 30th – January 4th. that will get you moving, grooving and on the Zumba bandwagon!

Learn basic Zumba steps and choreography in a fun, relaxed setting and be ready to comfortably jump into one of our on-going classes by the end of the six weeks.

Zumba is a Latin based dance cardio class designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving. Enjoy good music, fun moves and get a great work out. Learn salsa, cha cha, menengue, cumbia, swing, reggaeton, pop songs and more. All ages and abilities welcome. No experience needed. Get ready to sweat and have some fun!

$50 for the 6-week series or $10 to drop-in cash or check payable to Berkshire Yoga Dance & Fitness. Current Zumba students are welcome to use their punch cards.

Turbo Kick Live (8-week Series) w/ Maria Antil

Starts Thursday, November 30th: Join Maria for an 8-week series, Kick Start Your New Year’s Resolution/Turbo Kick Live class held every Thursday 5:30-6:30am, starting Thursday, November 30th.

The holidays can be a tough time to stick to your fitness goals, so let Maria help you ring in 2018 feeling incredible! Turbo Kick® is a fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout packed with a mix of kickboxing, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), core work, and fun moves set to exciting music that will have you energized for the day ahead! You’ll get hooked on the easy-to-learn format and the calorie-crushing choreography. This class is great for anyone at any skill level. Come have fun and get motivated by others on the same journey as you!

Yoga for Us! (7-week series) w/ Karen Bucky

Starts Monday, November 6th: Join Karen Bucky for a 7-week Yoga for Us! series, Monday evenings at 8:00November 6 through December 18.

Do you feel that you might like to try a yoga class but think that yoga is for someone other than you?  Someone younger, richer, thinner, healthier, in better shape, more “spiritual” or more hip?  Think again. Yoga is a down-to-earth, deeply beneficial practice for men and women of all ages, all shapes and sizes, all backgrounds and walks of life.  Yoga is for all of us!  In this fun, relaxed class we will work with basic poses and basic alignment, finding ease in our body by learning how to sit and stand and move in a balanced, aligned way.  We will look at how our breath acts as an engine of health, helping us to feel more energetic and alert, and at how yoga helps to center and quiet the mind by sharpening awareness, teaching us how to find joy in life. Beginners are welcome, as are more advanced practitioners.

Each week a new theme is offered giving you tools to build or enrich your own mediation practice. All are encouraged to engage with gentle stretches and yoga props to support you being completely at ease. Take this time for you, slow down, settle, and give back to all that you are.
