Learn preventive health tools to support your wellness throughout the winter. Each week learn a different approach to health and wellness. You will experience various health encouraging healing techniques through meditation, yoga, herbalism and more. Learn simple recipes that you can make from seasonal herbs, roots, and foods. Kid’s Yoga (8-week series) w/ Julie Pellerin-Herrera

Starts Sunday, January 7th: Join Julie Pellerin-Herrera for a special 8-week Kid’s Yoga class held every Sunday 12:00-1:00pm, January 7th – March 4th for boys and girls age 5 – 11. No Class January 14th.

Kids will have fun developing self-awareness, strength, balance, and flexibility! They will learn how to center their minds through focused breathing exercises and explore their imagination through fun games and visualizations. Kids’ Yoga provides children a safe and exciting way to physical health, emotional stability, and positive self-expression. This special series is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to further enrich their yoga practice. As yoga continues to gain popularity in the United States, many people are wishing to explore its benefits but are not sure where to start. This program demystifies the postures and language of this ancient practice so that you can feel confident and comfortable about doing yoga. In a safe, supportive environment, you will learn fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, as well as how to stay safe and stable in your postures, and how to modify for your own body.

Got an upcoming wedding or other social event? Well, then this class is perfect for you! Approach the dance floor with confidence after attending this class focusing on the two popular dances, Foxtrot and Waltz, danced to contemporary popular artists. No experience in this dance is necessary as we will start from the beginning.   Both couples and singles are welcome to attend! Morning Movement Series w/ Rotating Instructors

Starts Saturday, December 2nd: Please join us every Saturday from 10:15-11:15am for a Morning Movement Series. This is a weekly movement session exploring a myriad of techniques and flows with rotating instructors. Conceived of and led by artists Diane Firtell and Stefanie Weber.

Every Saturday morning for one hour we will present different ways to: approach movement, develop space body sensation, step into groove, experiment with phrasing and routine, enjoy dancing from within with others, and strengthen our community of passionate movers and dancers. All of this accompanied by inspired eclectic playlists!

We will draw from a local community of skilled instructors with established forms such as Nia, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Feldenkrais, Alexander, Tango, Ballet, Butoh, Contact Improv, Hip Hop, Continuum and more. Together we will support a growing regional alliance by inviting emerging and seasoned instructors and experimenters who are looking to collaborate, innovate, and share.

Join Amanda Marsh for a New 4-week series, Chakra Meditation, starting Wednesday, Dec. 6th through Dec. 27th from 8:15pm-9:15pm.

Take this time to connect back to your energy centers. You will learn how to heal, align and balance each chakra. Each week we will work on different chakras. The class will include gentle stretching, chanting, visualizations, and more. This powerful class will encourage body, mind, and spirit to release stuck and stagnate energy making space for your true potential to be unlocked.

Join Krystle for a special 6-week Intro to Zumba series held every Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm, November 30th – January 11th. that will get you moving, grooving and on the Zumba bandwagon!

Learn basic Zumba steps and choreography in a fun, relaxed setting and be ready to comfortably jump into one of our on-going classes by the end of the six weeks.

Zumba is a Latin based dance cardio class designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving. Enjoy good music, fun moves and get a great work out. Learn salsa, cha cha, menengue, cumbia, swing, reggaeton, pop songs and more. All ages and abilities welcome. No experience needed. Get ready to sweat and have some fun!
