Join the ultimate party with Maria for a special FREE Turbo Kick Live class held on Tuesday, September 26th from 7:45-8:45pm, to try out one of our newest classes!

Turbo Kick® is a fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout packed with a mix of kickboxing, HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), core work, and fun dance moves set to high energy dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout! This class is great for anyone at any skill level. Come have fun and get motivated by others on the same journey as you.

Future classes will continue to be held every Tuesday 7:45pm-8:45pm and are $10 to drop-in or $85 for a 10-class punch card (with a 6 month expiration date from purchase) cash or check payable to the instructor. New Series: Fall into Fitness (4-week series) w/ Tammy Rose

Starts Tuesday, September 19th, 6:00-7:00 am. Join ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Tammy Rose, for a Fall into Fitness Training Program. This 4-week series runs every Tuesday and Thursday, 6am-7am Sept. 26th-October 24th.

This is no ordinary fitness class! This program not only effectively builds every major muscle group in your body but Tammy also gives a detailed focus on those smaller muscles that help define, lift and sculpt those weaker, less toned areas – combined with moderate-high intensity cardio intervals to burn calories and boost your metabolism will put you in the best shape of your life! The magic of this kind of training is that it keeps your body burning fat even after you leave the class. In addition, Tammy offers online coaching for motivation, workouts outside class, as well as healthy dietary habits throughout the program. All levels are welcome!

$80 for the 4-week series or drop-in for $12 per class – cash or check payable to the instructor.

You are invited to participate in our Walking Our Talk circle community, a growing local women’s movement with over 200 participants. It is a supportive culture that connects you to a network of inspiring, caring women. Joining a Walking Our Talk circle helps you start, finish or just get unstuck on a project.

Circle is an 8-week commitment, meeting once a week. A new circle begins at Berkshire Yoga Dance and Fitness Starting Tuesday, October 3rd.

Kid’s Yoga (8-week series) w/ Julie Pellerin-Herrera

Starting Sunday, September 24th 12:30-1:30pm. Join Julie Pellerin-Herrera for a special 8-week Kid’s Yoga class held every Sunday 12:30-1:30pm, Sept 24th – Nov 12th for boys and girls age 5 – 11.

Kids will have fun developing self-awareness, strength, balance, and flexibility! They will learn how to center their minds through focused breathing exercises and explore their imagination through fun games and visualizations. Kids’ Yoga provides children a safe and exciting way to physical health, emotional stability, and positive self-expression. Julie is a newly approved Radiant Child Yoga teacher and will be implementing new songs, games, and meditations into class.

Enjoy a morning of dancing while benefiting a great cause and supporting flood relief efforts in Houston.

Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, Nia, an aerobic, cardio-dance workout, integrates 52 simple moves to get you fit in 60 minutes. Nia tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind and soul.

Based on the intelligent design of the body, each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.
Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. All levels and abilities welcome. Suggested donation of $10.

Special Event: An Evening w/ Physical Medium Mychael Shane

Friday, September 15th 7:00-9:30pm. Join Mychael Shane, ASIMPI certified Physical Medium, Friday, September 15th from 7:00-9:30pm, for a magical evening with the Ascended Beings of Shamballah to experience Billet Readings and Apportation.

Each person will have the opportunity to write one question down for Spirit to answer. As part of this process, the Medium is blindfolded and must utilize his 3rd eye and connection with Spirit to answer the question (author of question remains anonymous). In the event the energies diminish and a question is not read through this process, the Medium will attend to the questions at the end.

The evening will close with an attempt to bring through sacred gifts from Spirit (known as
an Apport), through the physical mediumship of Rev. Shane. Items can include semi and
precious crystals, precious metals, jewelry and more. These objects are intended for
healing and the expansion of consciousness.

Note: There is no guarantee that apports will manifest as Rev. Shane does not control
these dynamics – the outcome is based on the energies of those in attendance
(e.g. positivity vs negativity and the ability of the Ascended Beings to harmonize
all the energies at play).

Body & Soul Yoga w/ Bobbie Fachini

Join Bobbie for an on-going Body & Soul Yoga class, held every Saturday afternoon from 1:00pm – 2:00pm.

Yoga, from the Sanskrit word yuj, means to “yoke” and to “unite”. Like the strands of a braid, the study of yoga weaves together a vast array of physical, mental, and spiritual practices. Explore themes at the root of this age old tradition through physical asana poses, introspection, and pranayamic breathing techniques.

Find connection between the poses you practice on your mat, and the way you interact with the world outside of class. Reflect on the body you inhabit as one small piece of your cosmic self.

New Class: Yoga for Healthy Bones w/ Regina Burgio

Starts Thursday, September 14th 12:00-1:00pm. Join Regina Burgio ​for an on-going “Yoga for Healthy Bones” class held every Thursday from 12:00-1:00pm. Recent studies have shown that yoga is one of the safest preventative measures and treatments for osteoporosis and low bone mass, a condition that affects half of everyone over the age of 50.

In this class you will learn ways to strengthen your bones and muscles through poses and exercises that improve posture, balance and strength, in a safe and supportive environment.

Classes will also incorporate breathing exercises and other relaxation techniques to reduce tension and anxiety. Leave feeling relaxed, empowered and standing taller! Additionally, information on lifestyle and nutrition tips will be provided to help keep our bodies strong and happy from the inside out.

All levels and ages welcome. Chairs and props will be available.
Cost: $90 for a 10-class card or $10 drop in.

Plie, Punch, and Crunch your way at this low impact , intense building workout, that targets your muscle groups head to toe. Part Barre…. Part Kickboxing this 50 minute class is easy to follow… but high energy. It will combine kickboxing combinations and Barre fitness which targets the muscles in a more concentrated way. Get ready to burn some calories and sculpt that body!!!!

Zumba Kids classes feature kid friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. Jessamy will break down the steps, add games, activities, and cultural awareness while building self esteem and body awareness. Fit kids are happy kids!

This series is perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. This series helps kids develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of their lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.
