Yoga Depot Classes Pittsfield Rachael Plaine

Increase your strength and flexibility while reducing stress and quieting your mind. Classes are designed to be accessible for all ages, levels and abilities, regardless of how strong or flexible you are or how long you have practiced for.  From teenagers, to seniors and from those with physical limitations to those with a more vigorous practice, all are welcome!

The Details:

  • If you have a mat please bring it, if not we always have some extras at the studio that you are welcome to use
  • Wear comfortable clothes, there is space in the studio to store your things and shoes during class.
  • Classes are one hour long and are $10 cash or check, unless otherwise noted, payable to the instructor.
  • Gift certificates are available in any amount.
  • Private sessions, semi-private sessions and on-site classes for businesses schools and events are also available upon request.

What to Expect:

We offer a wide range of styles and instructors so you will be sure to find the perfect class. If you have questions about any of the classes on our schedule please feel free to contact us. Classes include meditation, breath work, compassionate awareness and postures to strengthen your body, relax your mind, and increase your strength and flexibility. Our teachers offer modifications and hands on assists to help create a practice that is safe, supportive and unique to your own body and needs. A typical class will begin with a centering meditation, move through warm-up poses, standing postures, balancing, seated postures, reclined postures and end in deep relaxation, leaving you rested, refreshed and revitalized!

Our Instructors:

Our skillful team of instructors have studied various styles off yoga including Kripalu, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Bikram, Ashtanga, Pre-Natal and Children’s Yoga. They are passionate about teaching and are committed to to offering you the best possible experience in class.
