BYDF 10 Year Anniversary Celebration!

 

Berkshire Yoga Dance & Fitness is turning ten! Join us in celebrating a decade of finding “joy through movement” on Saturday, May 11th, from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Our beautiful studio will be hosting a day of complimentary classes guided by our friendly and experienced instructors, exclusive offers and a special celebration of our 10 Year Community Members.

Yoga Sculpt

This transformative fusion seamlessly combines the grace of traditional yoga sequences with invigorating strength training, sculpting not only your physique but also awakening a powerful synergy of mind and body.

Rise & Shine Flow

WITH SARA

Enjoy creative sequences and uplifting music to get your body moving and breath flowing. Strengthen your body, quiet your mind and open your heart while developing mental focus as your practice becomes a moving meditation when you drop into the flow. Salute the sun and connect with your body, breath, and spirit during this vinyasa style class.

9 AM

All Levels Yoga Flow

This fluid, all levels yoga class will include breath work, meditation and a variety of standing, seated and reclined postures. Increase your strength, flexibility and balance while quieting your mind and opening your heart in a safe, supportive, welcoming environment.

10 AM

Deep Relaxation & Energy Clearing

WITH NORA

Ready to release stress and heavy energy holding you back from living your best life? Discover serenity and renewed vitality in this special weekly class, designed to offer relaxation, rejuvenation and transformation.

Through a harmonious blend of gentle stretches, deep relaxation techniques, and the soothing resonance of sound, you’ll embark on a voyage to clear your energetic field that will leave you feeling radiant!

11 AM

Barre

WITH TANYA

While rockin’ out to upbeat music we will combine movements inspired by ballet, Pilates, dance, and yoga. Throughout the class we will utilize a barre (counter or chair back if at home!) to support and engage deeper muscle work with high reps and small movements.

12 PM

Kundalini Yoga

WITH LAURA

Come try out one of our newest weekly offerings coming this Summer and unlock the power within you through a transformative Kundalini Yoga class! This unique experience is designed to help you move stagnant energy, discover inner peace, and tap into the profound benefits of Kundalini practices.

Yin Yoga

WITH MARY

Yin yoga allows you to be still and passive while at the same time at ease with yourself physically and mentally. This practice involves sequences that go deep into the bodies tissues, where poses are often held much longer than other styles of yoga with the goal of accessing deeper connective tissues as well as connecting with a more meditative state.

Pilates

WITH ANTOINETTE

Dive into the world of precise movement and transformative strength training as you master the true principles of Pilates. This class is your gateway to a comprehensive understanding of core activation, guiding you to properly train and sculpt your core while simultaneously lengthening and strengthening every muscle from head to toe.

3 PM

Restorative Yoga

WITH ANGIE

Settle into supported yoga poses that will be held for longer periods of time with the use of props such as yoga bolsters, blankets and blocks to help the body relax and decompress. Restorative yoga focuses on the release of mind-body tension and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing through stillness.
