Classes

What class is best for me?

We offer a wide variety of classes for every age, fitness level and stage of life to meet your goals, needs and energy. Whether you are brand new to yoga, dance or fitness or are looking to advance your practice, our classes are designed to help you cultivate awareness, build strength, find peace, clear your mind, and feel good!

Our New Student Special of 30 Days of Unlimited Classes for $59 is a wonderful way to try out all of our classes and see what fits you best!

If you’d like assistance choosing the perfect class please contact us anytime.

Which classes are beginner friendly?

Beginners are welcome in every class! All of our classes can be modified to suit your needs. For slower moving, more accessible options to get you started, check out the Level 1 classes on our Schedule.

Our classes are full of all kinds of experience levels, ages, and body types.

You have the option to take rest at any time, and as often as you need to. Any posture or move that doesn’t work for you can be adapted. Our instructors are happy to help you make your practice your own.

I have an injury or limitation. Is it ok for me to still practice?

We always recommend checking with your physician before beginning any new yoga, dance or fitness program. If you get the a-ok we are happy to help support your practice!

Please arrive to class early so that you’ll have time to check in with your teacher & let them know about your injury or limitation and anything that aggravates it. Go slow, easing into the poses & exercises. If you find you need a modification or a different pose, let your teacher know and they’ll be happy to help.

How often do I need to attend class in order to get results?

To experience the optimal benefits of any movement or meditation practice, it’s important to practice regularly. We recommend a minimum of 1 time per week but you’ll have amazing breakthroughs in your body, mind, spirit and soul when you start practicing 3 or more times per week.

Whether it’s in class or at home, for 20 minutes or an hour and a half, having a regular movement and meditation practice on a consistent basis will accelerate your learning and greatly enhance your overall health and wellbeing.

When class ends the Instructor will “Ask Participants to Unmute” and you will have the option to ask a question, comment or say good-bye by clicking on the microphone icon at the bottom left of your computer screen to unmute yourself. You can also use the chat feature to type a question or comment to the instructor.

Do other folks have to see me, or can I participate anonymously?

Zoom offers participants the option to have your video on or shut it off. When you first enter the meeting your video will be off by default. To share your video so the Instructor and other participants can see you, just click the camcorder icon at the bottom left.

When class begins you can keep your video on or turn it off and at the end of class you are welcome to turn your video on again to comment or say good-bye.
