Choose the Class That’s Right For You

Check out our class level descriptions to help guide you towards the perfect class, depending on how you’re feeling and what you’re up for! Please keep in mind that all are welcome at every class, regardless of experience.

We are here to meet you where you are – everyday, and at every step of your wellness journey.

Level I:

Beginner Friendly
Level I classes are perfect for students that are brand new to yoga, dance or fitness, have minimal experience, or for those days that you’re looking to move gently, at a slower, more relaxed pace – even if you’re a seasoned yoga or movement practitioner!

Level II:

All Levels
Level II classes are great for all levels! These classes may move at a more moderate pace and could include some more intermediate variations or options – but can also be modified and adjusted to meet your needs; whether you want a more gentle or vigorous practice.

Level II classes also include classes outside the general scope of yoga, dance or fitness that would be appropriate and acceptable for all.

Level III:

More Challenging
Level III classes are a wonderful fit for when you’re up for a challenge. These classes may offer challenging more advanced postures, or move at a quicker, more vigorous pace. But as always are open to all, especially on those days you really want to move or break a sweat!
