Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your body, your baby and other moms-to-be during any phase of your pregnancy. This class is designed specifically for pregnant women as a way to gently exercise during pregnancy while calming your mind and strengthening your body. In addition to increasing your strength and flexibility, Prenatal Yoga can help you to avoid some common issues that may occur during and post pregnancy such as backache, postural imbalances, low-energy levels and poor circulation.
