We’re honored to offer this complimentary four-week meditation series, available in-studio and online, exclusively for our Silver, Gold, and Unlimited Members.
Designed to help you feel more present, steady, and compassionate in daily life, this foundational series introduces simple, practical mindfulness tools you can carry into your everyday routine. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, each session includes short teachings, guided meditation, journaling, and time for reflection in a supportive group setting.
This series is generously offered as part of Tamara’s mindfulness teacher training practicum through her two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and participants will be invited to complete a short feedback form after each class.
Each session includes:

✨ Guided meditation practice
✨ Space for reflection, journaling, and Q&A
✨ A supportive group learning environment
