This October, we’re inviting you to explore, discover, and have fun with the BYDF Passport Challenge! Pick up your passport at the front desk and collect a stamp each time you try a different class type.

A Four Week Meditation Series

Sundays 6:45pm - 7:45pm
Join Tamara for a four-week meditation journey, offered in-studio & online, designed to help you find inner calm, clarity, and compassion. Each session offers guided practice, reflection, and tools to support your mindfulness both on and off the cushion.
