Led by Antoinette Simms, Strong & Grounded is a progressive, full-body strength training series that incorporates bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and hand weights. Each session emphasizes proper form, core stability, and functional movement to help you feel strong, grounded, and energized—both on and off the mat. This series is open to all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout—perfect for anyone new to strength training or looking to deepen their practice in a supportive and mindful environment.
Our Sunrise Yoga Series is back—just in time to reset your routine and embrace the energy of spring. Calm your mind, open your heart, and get your body moving as we flow together three mornings a week before the day begins. Join us at 6:15am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—in-studio, online, or on demand—for an uplifting journey of mind-body rejuvenation. This special series includes: • All Levels Flow on Mondays and Fridays, offering fluid, grounding, and mindful movement to start your day with clarity and ease. • Yoga Sculpt on Wednesdays, combining yoga with strength-building exercises to energize and empower your week.
