A Four Week Meditation Series

Join Tamara for a four-week meditation journey, offered in-studio & online, designed to help you find inner calm, clarity, and compassion. Each session offers guided practice, reflection, and tools to support your mindfulness both on and off the cushion.

Begin the New Year with intention, presence, and care. 🤍
This all-levels New Year’s Day Mindful Flow with Tamara offers a gentle to moderate-paced practice designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll be guided to soften into your body and create space for what’s ready to unfold.
As the practice draws to a close, we’ll settle into a grounding meditation and body scan to support letting go of what no longer serves you. We’ll then move into a short journaling reflection, offering clarity around what you wish to cultivate as you move into the year ahead.
Begin again with steadiness, clarity, and intention. 🤍

SUNDAYS | 9:15AM - 10:15AM

Kick off your Sunday mornings with this energizing cardio kickboxing series designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence. You’ll move through fun, athletic combinations of punches, kicks, and full-body movement that get your heart pumping and your energy flowing. Expect a powerful workout set to motivating music, with options offered throughout to meet you where you are.
No kickboxing experience is needed. Come ready to sweat, move, and feel strong as you head into the week feeling energized and inspired!

8-week series | january 5th - february 23rd

Reconnect with grace, strength, and artistry in this welcoming 8-week Ballet Foundations series, designed for beginners and returning dancers alike.
Each class will introduce and build upon classical ballet fundamentals in a supportive, encouraging environment. Expect a thoughtful progression of barre work, center movement, and simple across-the-floor combinations that emphasize alignment, coordination, musicality, and expressive movement.
This series offers a beautiful balance of structure and creativity, helping you develop strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness while enjoying the joy and elegance of ballet. No prior ballet experience is required, and modifications are always offered so you can move at your own pace.
Whether you’re stepping into ballet for the first time or revisiting a longtime love, this series invites you to move with confidence, curiosity, and ease.
