Our
Classes
On the mat, I find strength and grace, cultivating a breath-connected flow that mirrors the ever-changing rhythm of life. Off the mat, I translate those lessons into playful exploration with my kids, building forts, dancing in the kitchen, and discovering wonder in the simplest moments.
My passion lies in sharing the gift of yoga with others. I believe that yoga is for everybody, every story, and every season. In my classes, expect warmth, encouragement, and a playful spirit as we move, breathe, and connect with our inner peace, on and off the mat.
I discovered my passion for yoga at an early age, I have always been active and loved movement and creativity. During COVID, yoga became the main source of movement for me, and I found myself craving practice, creativity, the challenge and the grounded space and mental clarity during a tumultuous time. Being home with a one-year-old and enjoying every minute of the time together, yoga allowed me to provide myself my own sense of self. I spent the time exploring different teachers, styles and types of yoga and found myself drawn to all aspects of the practice.
I love being creative and getting to know my students. I love to learn what students are interested in trying and finding ways to add it into a class, or simply giving them an hour of peace and allowing them to be on their mat in any ways that calls to them. I enjoy learning from my students and helping them feel good.
This question is always tough for me to answer, I never had my sight on one specific career or goal. My one constant wish was to grow up and become a mom, and I am very grateful I was able to fulfill that with my two little kids.
My movement practice increase my awareness and opened the door to meditation. These practice have helped me build a greater capacity to be with difficult thoughts/feelings/sensations as well as the awareness that we are bigger than our thoughts/feelings/sensations.
I am a slow yogi. I am always cueing to slow down, enjoy and notice the in-betweens of poses. Longer holds and breath practice while moving and holding is common in my classes. You will leave feeling confident, strong, and aligned.
When I am not in the studio or practicing, I am very much in the role of mom, and keeping up with the energy of a toddler and a preschooler. They keep me and my husband incredibly busy! My husband and I have always brought them along in life with us, traveling, hiking, doing yoga, we love to share our lives with them and learn more about them every day.
