I've done it all my life. My family have always been an active family and I did nothing but dance. I have a degree in how to teach dance and other fitness related trainings.
Everyone is up for just giving it a try. It always feels like everyone is on board and trust you as a teacher to share something with them.
Exactly what i am today. A dancer.
I move because that is what I am. There wasn't a moment that it turned into healing or self discovery because I have always just processed my life through movement. I don't really know myself with out movement.
I want people to have a good time. Smiling is the best exercise. If I can get you to smile even just once because of a dancing, a song or accomplishign a movement then that is a successful class.
I am always teaching and performing and creating. The Wandering Dance Festival is the current big project and it is going to be a week of absolutely incredible dancing.
